Roof Replacement in Kansas City
Full tear-off and replacement with the best warranty in the industry.
Braden Roofing has been Kansas City’s favorite roofing contractor since 1995, and because of our great reputation and commitment to our customers we have also opened a location serving the St. Louis area. We know a roof replacement is a huge investment in your home, so we give you a reasonable price, the most value for it, and the peace of mind that comes from the best quality roof with the best warranty in the industry.
Every replacement starts with a roofing expert on site — not a salesperson on the phone. We walk the roof, measure it, check the decking and ventilation, and discuss any questions or concerns with you directly before a single bundle is ordered. You get a written estimate that spells out exactly what is being installed, so there are no surprises on installation day.
On tear-off day we protect the house before we touch the roof. We lean plywood against the walls to direct debris away from shrubs, flower beds and air conditioners, we use a double-axle trailer instead of a heavy box dumpster that would block and damage your driveway for a week, and we finish every job with a full cleanup including a nail magnet across the lawn and drive.
We install architectural and dimensional shingles from GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed and TAMKO, plus wood shake and specialty systems, and we are a GAF Authorized Installer and Master Shingle Certified. All of our staff is experienced, certified, and has been with us for at least five years, and we hold ongoing training and safety seminars to stay current on styles and techniques. We are fully insured and we warranty every roof we build.
